At LiveAbility Housing & Solutions, we deeply value your opinions and are committed to continually improving our services. Whether you have feedback, compliments, or complaints, we encourage you to share your thoughts with us. Your input helps us enhance our support and better meet the needs of our Participants.

How to Provide Feedback
If you have any feedback, suggestions, or compliments about our services, we would love to hear from you. Rest assured that your communication will remain anonymous unless you choose to disclose your identity. Alternatively, you may choose to complete this form. We will respond to you within 5 business days and, if requested, will follow up with the result of your feedback, compliment, or complaint.

We aim to respond to all complaints and grievances as quickly as possible, and within 28 days from acknowledgement. 

All feedback and complaints will be used by Live Ability Housing & Services to continuously improve our service delivery.
